Silver King Properties was founded on the premise that the buying and selling of Real Estate need not be a trying experience. In fact it can be enjoyable as well as financially rewarding. We are based on the river in Homosassa Springs, Florida. Approximately one hour north of Tampa on the Gulf coast in a rare slice of seaside "Old Florida" and Ocala at the heart of the “Horse Capital of the World”.

The area is known for it's fishing, golfing, boating, equestrian facilities and special "laid-back" outdoor life style. It is a refreshing change from the "outside world's" hectic pace and an affordable alternative to other coastal areas.
